Three promoters namely Sh.Vishwa Mitter(no.of shares 2520),Vishwa Mitter HUF(no.of shares 814) & Smt.Usha Mitter (no.of shares 1092) sold their entire holding to his son Mr.Arun Mitter for which necessary disclosure were made on September 19,2018.all the three transferor's are having NIL shareholding. 2.Mrs.Uma Aggarwal, Person Acting in Concert has sold her entire holding of 89906 shares for which necessary disclosure were made on different dates and now her holding is reduced to 0.
